Flash Animation (Advanced)
This supplemental to the Flash Animation course will introduce you to programming as a creative tool for digital image and audio processes. You will learn to design, assemble and develop a multimedia application using Actionscript.
Details
You will develop Flash applications using frame scripts. You will learn about creating and using classes, interfaces and components, and will be introduced to object-oriented programming in Flash and optimal multimedia delivery requirements. You will learn about the software life cycle; about event-driven scripting of objects within a multimedia development environment; about basic procedural scripting; about operators, expressions, selection, and iteration statements; you will learn about strings. You will learn to script the delivery of audio and video over the Internet; produce basic scripts, adapting small and medium scripts for different purposes, and write and incorporate custom script modules or functions into multimedia productions.
