Java for the Web
This course is for those individuals who want to develop applications for the web. You can find web applications everywhere on the Internet. Many of these web applications are used to process online forms, tally opinion polls, take orders within online stores, allow users to book a service, or simply to display the user's login name. Which Java technologies do you need to create a web application? The answer depends on what kind of application you're building and what it does.
Details
The course introduces you to the basic principles of programming, to software development cycle, and structured programming design concepts. Using the Java programming language you learn to design a simple web- based application on the client side and the server side. You learn about Java applets and servlets; you learn to develop and design Java Server Pages (JSP).
No prior programming knowledge is necessary for this course.
